I expected them too be really heavy, pleasantly surprised not too bad, Iβm looking forward to riding it that will make me decide whether to keep or move on. I know you are eager to know what this rides like Carl. Been fitting the replacement carb boots today after they finally turned up from Triumph, seems to now be running spot on. Will report back in the next day or so after donning the helmut.

Adjustable spanner π±π±π±π± Only to check something not actually do something. So an unfortunate photo in that respect....

It's graduated in metric so I use it to see what size a metric nut or bolt head is, then I use my metric/imperial conversion chart to see which af spanner I need for it

Really stupid thing I didn't do......when replacing the oil I didn't replace the sump plug copper crush washer. Of course you don't always have to. But I must have installed this one the other way around from how it was installed before and now it has a little dribble from the plug. Oh well.....at least I have what feels like an authentic old skool Brit twin now..... leaking a bit of oil.

The budget did not stretch to a $1 washer Nick, you must be spending more on the Hawk than you are admitting

I knew I was important.......but not this important.....having the company writing to me directly today? Hmm......what have I done to deserve such treatment? I will be buying another if this level of attentiveness keeps up, that's for sure. This bike is 15 years old for freak's sake!
