Ah , Health and Safety issues ?! Are those wheels as good as they look in the pics Fungo, never had the ttyres off/changed by the look so no marks , scuffs , corrosion  ? |

They are virtually mint, Boje. Been working / cleaning the front today but now my attentions are turning to the all important rear one....will upload pics when she is cleaned up. So far, no significant imperfections have been found. They really are the next best thing to that NOS rear one I found in Germany for Mansell's project - hence the whole point of this. Shall we get back to the silliness?  |

Hmmm... In your first photo 4th from left looks like a DS item. When I compared them, his had a more pronounced central "peak".....
Don't make me get my side rail and fork ear collection out!

Might be a while getting them all out- I keep them in the back of a container I burned an access door into the back of- down near Stratford......

Back in the porch at Colnbrook I was trying to 'pull myself' together after seeing the condition of the wheels......which was a tad ironic as I realised the wheels were wrapped in a pair of tartan curtains rather than a blanket. The room stopped spinning and the Dr Who music in my head started to fade out. Cathy was still looking at me, by this time quite intensely waiting for me to say something. I had a bundle of notes in my pocket (still party warm from the cash point down the road) and as I went to reach for them I felt by bottom lip starting to quiver. I also had an intense sensation of pins and needles in my cheeks - something I have never experienced before. I managed to reach for the wad of cash and handed it to Cathy. I picked up a wheel in each hand, thanked her and walked out of the house into the night.
As I got outside and headed towards my car, the wind started to get up.....suddenly there was a huge flash and after around ten seconds a massive clap of thunder....

And finally a little quiz for you all how many original Honda and how many David silver repros?    you don't need all those mudguards....No wounder I have been struggling to find a cheap one on ebay lol |
