Coming out of the story for just a sec.....what you see above are the 'as found' pictures.
Take time to study the pictures carefully - paying attention to the plating on the fasteners and hardware for example. Try and look beyond the grime for just a moment.

Mag Mopus on an early Comstar? What date is on the wheel? Have an ickle guess....the finish on the chain adjusters will limit you down to at least a 3-year span. You guess the dates (mm/yy) on the original matching front and rear and I will be impressed. They are a month out from eachother. |

What the heck were you doing down there with your Midlands accent? You coulda got killed.....should've let me pick the rest up for you. Went for the warmth down south. Wish I new you had purchased the wheels. I should have taken her up on her most generous offer on Monday 24th. |

Why didn't you go for the silencers and muddy I went for the wheels on the intention I'd wave cash around for the rest. I reckoned that the asking was a little bit steep for the lot for second hand stuff on ebay at the minute. |
