Looking around my 1982 400nb there are some things i dont think are correct to the bike ...correct me if im wrong First , Round brake fluid res and silver lever , all other SD's ive seen have a rectangular reservoir Black clutch lever , rest of assembly silver , bottom of switch unit black , top silver Wrong clocks , 100mph , should it be 110? and the speedo and rev counter are 2 different colours Black wheels Should these be gold??

Yes master cylinder not correct. Speedo is from an earlier 250 model. If you need a more critical eye then ask us.

Please give me ten minutes or so - I need to raid my picture archives.
I have a very original 400NB in there that I owned in 2010.....but it is in black. I'm sure it will help you with all else bar the body colour.

If you look at the thread putting the German CB400 back on the road correct speedo is near the end of the thread
you need to watch eBay as it took me ages to find the one in the pictures
also the brake lever is in there

Do what?
Simply the CB400NB had a unique speedo. Black background with red and white digits.....goes up to 110mph.

Do you own these now? Because if you do Id like them.
They are off a CB400N from 1978-1980.
