Nick did you not glue it on! I put a new one on my blade last year when I did the big strip down clean and no glue as it was tight but when I gave her a hand full of throttle over the mountain it was twisting and when I pulled in at the Creg all the patten was out of shape which was highly stressful so when I got home on with some glue

Yes a dab of glue Bodie for sure.
I also reckon that in this colder weather the rubber is harder so the grips look like they wont move (if not glued) but when it warms up, that's when they would start to twist.

Nearly ready for the spring ride now....... MOT'd-able fork stanchions and a new old stock LH engine cover holds me back slightly......but nearly there.

Out with that scabby old alternator cover and in with a new one today. Yes, I could have re-furbed the old one, but these are as cheap as fries from the US of A.
