Ah - caliper doors.
There were two versions. Without checking, one has a 422 in the middle part number and the other 413.

From the position of the window and hinge tab these look like left and right versions- was there a RH version of this caliper?

422 was the CBX1000 model designator from memory.....therefore the question may now be : Did a CBX1000 utilise a LHS and RHS Tokico caliper?
Time to get onto Consolidated Angry Keyrings to check the exploded views......

I'm sure either cover will work, but I would go with the one marked 422 although I can't recall ever seeing a mark on the covers on any of my calipers.

I forgot to say I'd go for the one on the left hand side, bottom picture. Oh and a little aside, in the US market they had a single disc brake on the DOHC CB750, the KZ version, and that was more or less the use caliper used on the CB250RS. Of course in the US I guess they have more room to stop. I once read of a guy with a customised T140 who'd used a RS front end because it had a better brake than the original disc.
