Day four of this after Christmas detox with my wife.......and between you, me and the gatepost, I could murder a steak.
Anyone else taking it easy at the minute on the food/drink side of things?
Need to last until Thurs.

I'm starting a 3 month eating and excersise plan and hope to lose 2 stone, however i had the same aspersions last year and didn't quite make it!
It's the last thing I can think of to make my 250N go a little faster.
I love the excersise part but I have a really sweet tooth so we shall see.

I've come to terms with the fact that I am destined to be a fat bastard.... A bicycle will knock the weight of you like anything, there is more to it than the amount of callories burned per time or number of minutes cycling. A doc explained it to me once that cycling exercises the stomach in such a way that the metabolism doubles for up to 12 hours after one gets off the bike, provided you were out cycling for at least 40 minutes at a fairly brisk pace. That's why cyclists are skinny even if they only cycle a few miles every day. My sister was a huge heap until she got a bike now she is near anorexic !

I used to cycle to work daily 20 minutes each way and my Doctor said that was a good minimum to keep me a little fitter and it helped lower my cholesterol I was always active having 2 youngsters but gone by the way now I'm a fat bastard waiting to have me knees done I need to go on a low carb diet but it's not easy lol

My PC50 was perfect for it.
Actually had a little lever on the RHS engine case to put it into cycle mode......

Twin discs add extra weight so I beg to differ.
And if it's black, it will be even heavier due to the extra lead in the paint.
