Not many. At least 2 of the sheds were empty and not used. If you took away the cheap tool sellers you would have halved the number of stalls. One complete hall was the scooter boys of course- mildly interesting but not my thing. I never spotted any SD spares at all. I bought a grease-gun. Life on the edge....

Still on the VJMC stand, only a bike away from the SD- was this gorgeous RD400C. Interesting as this is how my USA RD400D will come out of the workshop this summer- I have the tank and panels in the same Marine Blue ready to fit, plus UK bars. There was another RD400 for sale over in one of the other sheds which was a right bitsa- frame and engine were UK RD400D, but it had RD400C clocks and warning lights on it and a few other parts like seat and tailpiece off another bike. The seller talked the biggest load of bollocks about how it ended up like it was. Don't believe everything they tell you...

I must say I had to giggle to myself, when we went in the scooter shed, there was three 50 plus year old men there with the parker coats on and to get the look they had pork pie hats on,they did look the part tho,and may well think the same if they see us sat on mopeds

Stereo-type....

More off the VJMC stand- back in the day you would get zero street cred for riding one of these, but the UK Dads went to work on them. A bike that would run and run with very little love and attention- so that's what people did- ran them into the ground. I like them because of the whole CB160/CB175/CB200 dynasty of bikes....

I never liked the Kawasaki triples way back- I suppose being 2-stroke put them at a disadvantage to start with, I was a 4-stroke man. But the triples have a really big following now- and well organised clubs and spares support. Are the colours on the tank correct- I don't know enough about them? Another rider I think from the patina on the engine cases...

There was a big club stand from an outfit called "UK2Strokes.co.uk"- who I have not come across before. The whole area was covered in gold foil which I thought was a bit too glitzy, also home-made spotlights, tape stands, a liveried marquee- just shows how organised you have to be to show bike nowadays! I want one of these. Just need to find one that has not been butchered or altered....

Another tiddler- very nice and I had to be dragged away as I was infatuated with the diameter of the header pipes- like straws!
