I think what makes my teeth itch the most is the fact that those do look like they may possible be a genuine set of 250NA tank stripes and tail stripes he's wasted by doing that.
Then again, are the tank decals sharp enough at the thicker end to be genuine?

I accept the point - but surely if someone wants to be different then they should be different.
This is just a classic cock up methinks. If I got on that bike my natural instinct would be to try and select a reverse gear (with my right foot) and ride it backwards.
