This is the one, Bendys - this exact model:  Yep, XD Falcon. They used to race them here in "Group C" at Bathurst. They dont do it for me.... but when i was in my teens, a mate had one with a 5.8L which i used to drool over. |

Another car prone for head gasket problems. they used to have a stupid head stud arrangement where the studs used to seize in the head making it nearly impossible to get the heads off. Fun days.

I know there are mods you should make to make the car more reliable, but i did not like the "t-bar" thingy, why not make it like spitfire?

Yes they did but there was a rebuilding car show on recently where they rebuilt one and said about the good design and reliability issues of the triumph engine. I have to say that if i ever got a stag i would want the original engine in it!
