Hi All.
Yes I remember this car well. First introdced with a 1500cc engine. Would I be correct in saying that production started in 1964?
Then in 1966 this was replace with a 1663cc V4 or you could have a 2000cc V4. If I remember correctly they were criticised for being unbalance. I remember being told that the design of the engine was based on half of a Ford Pilot V8, not sure if that was true or not.
The 2000E was introduced in 1967 I think, a neighbour of ours bought one and people asked him if he had won the pools(football pools that is).
I seem to remember people saying that the gearbox was very good.

Yes, Ford Zodiac - 1963?
My old man had one - although it was a Zephyr and was the later (squarer) MK4.
Apparently it was a pig - ex-Taxi, although he didn't realise this when he bought it.

Looks i nice shape though, updated engine would make it a very useable car, so long as the original engine could be put back in to keep the purists happy!
