All I can say is live for now and plan to be financially ok if you wake up tomorrow
My dad who died at 83 took redundancy an early retirement at age 56 as he had see. So many guys retire at 65 and drop down dead before they were 67
He stuff led financially I. The early years but did he make the right decision
Life is about now and enjoyment

did not know i still had these i was not one for taking pics of me or my bikes,no one my cb350 my school bike later work and tec could not be doing with mopeds number two the bike i past my test on got it the day after my 17th past my test a week later,six weeks after that killed it stupid cow did a u turn ford cortinas hurt. so what do you do you go out and get a 500,that bike was fun but was costing me ,reality landed after a summer of fun and back to a honda that was a good bike took me every were never let me down but i talked myself in to swapping it for a 3c that relationship did not go down well ,i found out the bike had charging problems told it needed a battery it wanted a alternator .went to ranors doncaster to trade it in for a cb900f but came away with a blue and white gs100s its black in the pic ,in 79 to 82 i was racing a x7 and a rd400 .i had blown my rd up so for the meet at carnaby brig i decided i will race the gs in the open class first race second lap,was not a good idea.a mate gave me a free paint job if i let him put it in with other bikes. there it is at the first doncaster custom car show.i loved that bike till this came out ind i needed one .good job i had a job with all the overtime in the world the big cat and my eldest ,i think i set the seed he is a kawasaki man and no interest in old bikes.my pride and joy at to go he now had a brother and a sister on the way and was six months in the miners strike.had lots of bikes since them but no attachment to them till i got the buell .then it was fun again

I had a 350 AJS with a sidecar chassis. No sidecar just a wooden box with a bag of sand inside. The slow speed control part of the test was not a problem

i have just looked through my post and i have not put the pic of my 500 green meanie.went on one about 6 years ago ,frighten myself to death on it the 250 superdream has better brakes and remembered why you do not shut off fully on a big two stroke when your laying it over.it was at a mcn track day for classics let him have the rgv250 ,i know there not on my wish list
