.....but not for me this time! Her indoors is hankering after moving to the front seat position to see what all the fuss is about. And all the bikes I have- none are suitable for a learner, so a Yamaha YBR125 joins the fleet. 10HP of rip-snorting learner power! Oh- check out the nice baby classic behind in the window- recognise it?

Yes- only we could find a classic Honda, in a Suzuki dealer, whilst buying a Yamaha! Close-up. It looked sweet...

Yes indeed that looks tidy.
Is Karen happy with her new wheels, Paul?

She was really pleased- and surprised. I found the YBR on Fleabay and fooled her into calling in at the dealers in Lincoln while we were "passing". It doesn't get delivered until Wed so Insuranc and CBt to sort yet...
The dealer keeps a "SOLD" tag on the CB100N to stop people asking to buy it. I still asked.....

Love the way the rectifier just kind of hangs down on those CB100N - never really noticed that before.

Nice looking bike those YBR125, I actually preferred the look of the slightly older model which did not have the two plastic protectors for the tank. I often wondered what would that type bike in the picture look like with the tank protectors removed, if you ever have them removed can you photo the tank for me please and post here for me.

It would look a bit like the old bike? Yes- I am not fond of the need to make bikes look like cheap transformer toys- but I guess they need to make them attractive to the youngsters. They may actually protect the tank which is a good thing, but I will see how they attach.....

125's are 'in'.
If she wants a race with mine, let me know..
(I'll need to get it running first mind).
