I do have a NOS pair of dichtungs.....which I will stick in to my new ansaugstutzen when they arrive.
My old dichtungs look rock hard as well...

Anyone every noticed the difference between 250 and 400 on the dichtungs? I bet some smart arse has. I wonder what the effect would be on the running if one were to mix them up.....400 ones on a 250 for example.

Fb is there any imprint or part number showing on those parts to signify 250 or 400?

Most will have 413 or 414 stamped somewhere Jonny.....the former being 400cc.
If no markings then I guess you would need to measure the hole - if anyone needs dims, let me know.
