Can anyone tell me please which side of the frame the throttle cables come up , obvious side is the right side (as you sit on the bike) because the throttle is that side, but the adjusters on the crb end of the cables are more over to the left hand side

Left side then, then are they routed between the frame and forks?

all sorted now ....thanks Sorry , no it isn't sorted Does anyone have any good pics of where the throttle cables are routed correctly ? mine just dont seem to be right , the throttle seems very stiff and the throttle will not close without having to twist the throttle closed again , it is only down to the bends in the cables thats causing this because if i straighten them out its perfect , its as if the cables are too long |

Possible the cables are too long if pattern ones but do you have enough free play in the cables ? - if they are too tight they will bind , try it with just the pull connected or back off the adjuster to make sure there is play .

Yes i sorted this and just had to route the cables again and came across the same problem again , on mine it was simply the throttle on the handle bar , if i moved the whole switch gear along to the end of the bar 10mm everything started working fine ...you might just have the throttle onto the handlebar to far |
