Yes Ian not the best idea !😉My bike looked clean in Peel but when I got home it looked like I had been in a ploughed field I didn't take a pic but l did after about an hour of cleaning😀  pix image  i actually think it's cleaner now than it was before! I used some cleaner Dave gave me and haven't used it yet!😀 |

Glad you all didn't let the weather put you off I spend around the same time cleaning mine as I do riding them, trouble is once you let them go it's a nightmare getting them back to respectable, I like cleaning bikes in a strange way I find it relaxing

I must say Rich I did ring my mate to get him to pick me up in his van! But I thought wot the hell its not going to melt but after spending 60 hrs cleaning my blade I would have defo waited for the van  and another bonus all that rain and soapy water and hose pipe my new red sticker stayed on!  |

.....but it was sunny in the south where we are, and sunny up north where Bodie is, so we decided to meet half way in Peel for coffee & a chat. Needless to say, when we got there the heavens opened   It was still dry & sunny when we got home, so time for a bit of cleaning   sorry Ian forgot to say Gills new phone takes a good photo  |

a man i used to know used to show shires they were beauties especially when they had all there gear on polished brasses etc
