Our grandson took a turn for worse in the early hours ( he's undergone heart surgery) spent night dozing off and waking to read hourly text messages from his Mum and Dad,thankfully he's responding and "stable" my wife woke me suddenly and I managed to scratch my eyeball with a fingernail ( nob 'ead  ) so I'm sat here in Southampton eye casualty looking at a two hour wait to see a Doctor  |

Good to hear your grandson is improving I hope he get's well soon. Hopefully your eye won't be too bad Dave but I would wish you both a speedy recovery. Eye'll be seeing you |

glad he is improving nothing worse than the little people being ill,dont worry about the eye it will heal and if you need a spare i have plenty of those as well

We got to see our Grandson and he's much improved although under sedation but stable.The doctors and nurses are fantastic we can't thank them enough.Me eye bit sore but serves me right for being clumsy lol.Thanks all for your good wishes

Hello Dave sorry to hear about your grandchild I hope he fully recovers.in august grandchild no four arrives and will be Bourne with a deformed left ventricle,thanks to modern 3d scanners they can detect these problems before birth.i did not know about how the Hart developed up to then how it starts as one chamber and twists and turns to make four but for some it goes wrong.we know he will need a operation to fix the fault but we have the best in the world at this type of surgery.i know it will go we'll for the both of us ,hope to see you some day still unable to get the bikes out
