I was looking at those earlier Steve, I'll have a go with them later tonight.
I've just successfully downloaded all my albums from photobucket onto my phone, lucky I got them if they are locking us all out.
I do have them backed up already but they are sorted into albums for the carb strip, resto, threads etc on photobucket.
It'll be a slow process relinking the to the threads though...

I use shoebox it's a app on phone it is easy to use but no doubt they will all be looking to charge in future

Fortunately I only use photobucket for posting pictures on forums. It will be bad that these no longer work, but there is no way that I am going to pay any money to them. I thinkl it was a deliberate ploy on their part to extract extortionate sums of money from people. Absolutely disgusting. I hope they lose on the long run.

Great choosing a new provider for new stuff (pics).
But what about my five years invested in PB? - big photo vault in there that will still be very beneficial to us all from time to time.
PB has been free of charge I must admit - and I suppose everything must be paid for in the end - even if we have been subjected to their dire ads.
How much do I have to pay these guys to access my old pics in the future? Anyone switched on enough to know?

it seems your not affected yet nick, they are going for 3rd party share, you can do what dave is doing and
download your photos in case it happens to you.
