Pete there are more people on this forum can answer this better than me but may be on some of the papers and documents ,log book etc think type 1 is full power frame number is 2300012 type 2 is low power frame number 320000 I think  From log book frame no is 3203117 |

Looks an exciting buy , yep 400 clocks should be 110 mph though only about 50% of them on Ebay are ! I've got a 250 speedo you can have if you just want a mph one to be going on with . |

that's a low power then I think it is roughly the same as a uk spec 250 and crouchy said it is only camshaft that is different he could verify that for you no doubt |

Just thinking that The full power cam the same as the 250 cam? Could maybe some swap you one.

Once you have a ride on her, will it not drive like a 250 with a big bore kit? should have a bit more torque surely. Nice bike . |

Update Wednesday
Loosened the banjo bolts on the callipers and freed the brakes
Looks like the brake lever piston has a problem
Decided to have a good look at the frame
Give most a clean down

Put it back together Plugs Out 6th Gear Turned Engine Over Put Battery on from 250 and.....
....Blow me down after a few tries it started and sounded good

Thanks - I have a 250 one will keep an eye on flea bay and the auto jumbles - one on eBay at moment wrong colour and I really want to get one with about 20k miles |
