Go on then FB , help me along I'm struggling to see the conflict ? . 1/100 mm difference on the gauge conversion ?? By the way....did you service that A380 I was on the other week? Did not even feel it take off.

Was that because it didn't take off FB ? . I've stopped playing with aeroplanes now , full time retired bloke me .

Problem was all the nuts and bolts were UNC & UNF etc , no metric so not much help at all , only little ones here at Cranfield .

Most of the stuff we had was older , sometimes the only way to get parts would be from a US "boneyard" but expensive nevertheless as have to be tested and have full traceability . Interesting but too many hours for my liking

Never trust a Haynes manual,well I don't after a bit of wrong info regarding a Triumph twin clutch in 1975 cost me dearly.
