Sometimes it is unavoidable though. The more you try to obstruct them, the more suspicious they become.
And at Christmas time, if the family baubles are kept there, then there is no keeping them out.

The baubles - that is what the loft is for (just need to hide the spares stored in the loft at the other end)
and with this this post I become a senior member of the forum - not sure I like the term senior should be retired with a title like that
