Yesterday morning I had around 45 mins to troubleshoot the no spark issues.
Interestingly I borrowed plugs from my 400 and got a spark on those....so 99% sure the plugs are the issue. As to why they have failed is anyone's guess .....they're not that old. Fake? Unlikely as I've always sourced them via Halfords but I suppose you ever know.
Spark is still weak though. Does anyone know if the generator can be tested at the coil? If so, do you know what meter readings I should be seeing from a healthy generator?

If it's getting the signal to spark, I would be looking for slightly high resistance at connectors or earths related to the coil or CDI before looking at the Geni output.

All sorted and running fine. May have been the plugs or coil either way I'll leave it all in situ now.
And how did the bike thank me? By p*ssing fuel over my foot out of the RH overflow.
New float valve it is then.
