Am I missing something here folks, or has something gone funny with SD prices?? Has there been an article out saying that they are the next best thing to summut The reason why I ask, my good lady buys a lot of shite - ahem, apreciating classic furniture, off eBay and facebook locally (on my iPad on my account, good job I ain't having an affair lol 😬😂), and leaves it to muggins here to pick up. Twice in the last two month, the conversation has gone into bikes (my FB pic is me on my W650, but in my pic history there's more of my SD)- is it a real 400 or a 250 with a 400 engine? Me: "sold it, didn't want to, but wasn't riding it" Them "I always wanted a 400, had a 250 on L plates" "Me - yep, she was a good bike". Them: "I'll give you £4K for it, as long as it's as nice as it looks in the pics - face to face, no dodgy Amazonian bank transfer!" I actually did did meet him face to face, couldn't escape (in a nice way) chatting about bikes. He thought that I let VSF go for a pittance at £2.5k - what's your thoughts?

It's not just kickers that have gone up...it's all of them.
Good for sellers.........not so for buyers.

Maybe now the sd has finally got the recognition it rightly deserves as being a quality built bike, back in the day 37 years ago i used to take the p... out of my mate who had one while i screamed around on my yam rd.
