If you're using Firefox browser you can install an add on called no script and block the viglink script from running. Works every time when you've got it set up.
The opt out link for viglink is rubbish , it only seems to work temporarily them it's back again.
I don't know if there is a no script addon for chrome as I don't use it anymore.
Since changing to Firefox and adding the no script addon viglink is a thing of the past here thankfully, it was doing my head in..
