Hi guys Best MPG bikes? Used to get 105mpg from a sym xs125k Zx7r 38mpg 1983 Cb250n dx 80mpg when it was new...

My little stepthrough C50 did 135mpg last time I filled up, that is riding it as fast as it will go, up to 45mph.

My MB50 cost £0.96 to fill up at the local garage and a month later it cost £1.04

Bikes are Bloomin awful economy wise.My 2.2 litre diesel car averages 41/43 mpg,my 650 scooter only 51 mpg,my Harley around 45 mpg.Having said that bikes are more fun than cars ( unless you can afford something exotic)

It's totally daff, when you think about. The current state of affairs.
People who used power commander found they got better mpg than stock, which makes you think Wtf? Bikes when used for heavy aceration return poor mpg.but legislation should not be increasing mpg it should be doing the opposite. If only to be more environmental friendly.
