I remember that poster, I still have it somewhere in the attic, I remember now...I made a promise to myself never too let it go! wife would never let me put it up again coz of the mother in-law being prudish  Did a good deed today boyz..  I was traveling back from Margate (Kent) on the zx10 today... remind me never to go there again,"wot a dump"roads were c**p aswell.I was riding along wondering if anyone was aware of it being national good deed day,summit like that anyhow.I got into The start of Midhurst on the A272....a great road btw and noticed the Old lady on the side of the road looking to cross,no joke it may seem a normal every day thing,"but"seeing that no one in the traffic cue was gonna give a "dam"I felt the urge to do something. I gradually got closer to were she was stood,and then stopped the bike across the middle of the road stopping all the traffic  got off the bike and walked over to her and helped her get across the road victoria the old girl was a little taken aback but was most grateful! One up for us bikers I thought....however can you guess the reaction of quite a few car drivers? Have a guess....  Ps...looking forward to meeting some of you on Sunday on the Brizzle ride and meet..  |
