The kickstart insert (plug) is also missing...... Heat shield screw missing. Is it me or is the tank decal running down slightly back to front? It's you.

no never had bikes as small as this for a long long time even years before i was 21 ,when i was 21 i had a new bonneville i stillhave it now along with most bikes ive owned

My next door neighbours brother bought a Bonneville in July 1969 and kept it till he passed away in August,he left it to the Craven Museum in York where I saw it again on display last week.He "Thruxtonised" it with factory parts and raced it often at Caldwell.

I used to drool over the ultimate Bonneville (if you discount the rare Thruxton) the 1969 in red/silver,only owned oil in frame models best one being a 1973 TR6R.Love Triumphs and will likely have another
