I love the dayglo item as per original.
But if this floats your boat Bodie then go for it. The sticker you've gone with is silver and so is your bike. Every extra touch of silver adds BRAKE HORSE POWER!!!
It makes sense.

The silver spoiler decal may be the way to go, But I so enjoy the originality of the day glow, Out today, I lost a few BHP, But when I looked at the rear I was still so happy, Speed is not everything, these bikes are like a Rolls Royce, Built so well, they have such a voice, Ignore the haters of our gorgous bike, Seeing it on Facebook and give it a like, I'm now at the end of my little ditty, Don't ride out too much until the spring as it's still a bit gritty.

I didn't even notice the dayglow one with yellow plate but when I fitted black one I thought it just looked wrong, I hav'nt been out on her since I put it on because road out side my place used by lots of tractors bringing mud onto roads so I hav'nt had chance to feel the power difference

How about trying a blue one to match your Decals? Would look smart I reckon.

Well I am at it again changed the colour of my tail decal! My obsession with originality is taking over with drab olive throttle cables, chain adjusters, handle bars, master cylinder,Showa fork decals exhaust clamps and now back to original decal but before any one mentions my glove box it is staying ,it is so handy!

Well my two penny worth for whats its worth.....i prefer the original dayglow, however that silver one with the silver black plate just looks so classy and properly finished off a big thumbs up on that one. So much so, i bet the factory would have done this if b/w plates were standard at the time.
Worth a further mention, I think your plate is fantastic too, the first think i read is "damn 250n" dunno if that was your intention, but very cool.
If poss, id like to see more pics of your bikes, including yours fungos. I can see you guys are fastidious to detail. Its a a joy to see in these bikes.
