After a long lay off from my Superdream Project I finally got round to getting back at it last night. I soon discovered I had ordered the wrong headlight rim, I had originally got the part number of the Parts Catalogue, but stupidly had noted the number for the first one I came across (33101-443-611) According to the parts list there are three different parts 33101-443-003 / 33101-442-601 / 33101-443-611 I think I should have ordered the second one for my bike (CB250NA) I have emailed David Silvers to ask if they could perhaps exchange it for me but am not optimistic as I received the parts almost a year ago. The moral is make sure you get the part numbers right, this is the 3rd headlight rim I have got, the first one being as bad as the original the second and third ones being the wrong type  According to Silver's site they list 33101-442-601 as being for CB250N / NA / NB  |

Yes that's right, H - I think it also fits the CM125 from memory.
The 443 item is suitable for the 400N (halogen reflector).

Silver's have agreed to take it back and give me £30 for it and will charge me a further £21.48 to get the right one so all in all the headlight rim has cost me about £80 it's been an expensive lesson  |

The rims aren't cheap are they?
Gone are the days when you'd see at least five of the 443 version at Stafford show, each for under a tenner.
