hi just thought u might like to see pic of my uncles bike which he bought new in 1972. it should be gold but he got black tank and panels because his tank got damagedwhen something hanging in the garage fell on it so its all been sent to be resprayed I think its been done once and wasn't happy so took it to someone else.

That's better,how it should look.I had a 550 and a 650 four same engine great bikes,strangely Honda didn't let us have the 350 four,is Uncles bike for sale?

Well that's good and bad news,good he feels that way about the bike and bad one of us can't buy it I feel that way about my capri and it was 18 months old when I got it so you can understand what it means to him to walk into a dearlership and order and buy a new bike in 1972 and still have it today and i'm not sure but I think the millage is under 30k

Aye, that`s a lot better. yes its nice to see something not restored just well looked after from new,ican remember going to stay with him when he was based in Abingdon it was the year the MG factory shut down 80 or 81 I think , he took me round on a tour of factory one day then we went to Silverstone to watch allsorts of car racing on the bike and remember we ran out of fuel anh had to push bike to nearest fuel station,no mobiles back then lol
