that's not another dig at us posties is it !!! lol Well like me you know what happens though the system, I guy I deliver to has live eggs delivered to him on a regular basis & I was shocked when I asked him how many survived the trip as I would of thought very few, well he informed me most get through & hatch out, so we are good if things are wrapped well, I delivered a picture frame a while back & the glass was broke, the sender had just wrapped the picture frame in brown paper & thought that would be fine, a lady on my round used to run a fine china shop and I asked her if she ever had things broke and she said in the 15 years she was open nothing in the post had ever broken I even found that hard to believe myself but she was adamant she said it was so well packed, so hopefully my new mug will be fine!!

I just thought for the signed for, it would not just be left for you to find later- if it obviously rattles then don't accept it? But the important thing about the mug supplier sending direct is that they can be responsible for replacing any breakages. There'll only be one # 6. It is the mug that will break the mould. Irreplaceable basically. I can only hope it gets to me intact.

One thing though - mugs are these guys business. I reckon they will pack them adequately anyway.

Steve - for those of us that have two mugs - is it a straight 2 x £6.95?
