Hi all, I bought my first 250 Superdream back in 1982 from new. As I got older and the bike began to fade away (rust), I sold it.
A few years and bikes later, I have managed to buy a 1980 250 Superdream but needs a bit of light work done on it.
Thanks for having me and putting up with me.

Hi crouchyuk.
That was my first thought, and it was right.
I had a mate remove them for me (I am partly disabled and can only do simple tasks) then saw the problem.
Someone has previously worked on (buggered) the carbs so it is now in a garage awaiting spares, possibly new carbs.
I was hoping for a call yesterday telling me it was ready for collection, but no.
Ah well, just wait.
