During my apprenticeship a chuck key left in a lathe chuck unattended meant instant suspension with no pay....

I watched a female CDT teacher of mine lose her finger using a band saw.......not nice..

Well I won't do that again- leave the vid playing and go and do something else. Came back to a follow on vid with them prising the remains of some guys arm out of a mincer!

Oh man what an idiot. That made me curl in the same way as looking over a cliff edge!
My old favourite was turning the revs up and aiming the coolant pipe at the right angle for the unsuspecting turner to return. Didn't break any legs but theres something hilariously satisfying in watching coolant spray a mate in the face at 100mph

Just shows you that you have to teat any kit with respect..Because it gets nasty when you don't. Normally you will find theses guys have been doing this for years and just get really slack...
