Bought that book a year or so ago myself - really good read as Bob Currie has been in the game a long time, but the type of book to dip in and out of - Start with the Tiger Cub
Bob Currie really knowledgeable - My BSA C15 was originally retailed by Pride & Clark in London - I was investigating the original cost in copies of the MotorCycle and in it is Bob Currie overlooking the construction of the M1 (think it was Northampton J15) sitting on an old Brit Bike

Actually Pete the first thing I went too was the GT continental followed by the constellation then the bonnie

Have some Bob Currie books too you'll enjoy reading that,these old bike books are good for reference
