can any one what is the difference between a 250 superdream and a cm250t . pal said just handle bar and seat. must be more?

The engine and electrics are the same.
Then frame is different.
Forks and upper yolks different, though general could fit on an SD.
18 inch front wheel (rather than 19 on SD up to NC model) 16 inch back wheel (rather than 18 inch on SDs), though again these will fit on the SD.
Instrument cluster is different.

similar, lots of swap-able parts, but different.

I think the Cm has a 5 speed box too but I'm not certain

Yes cm as a 5 speed gearbox , smaller wheels , frame is different but electrics , carbs same..... both great bikes ....
