Hi, all as the title says I'm new here, I'm a 50 something who is returning to a superdream after many years in bike wilderness. My job circumstances have changed, I now have to commute instead of 5 mins from my home! Made sense to pass my test ( did that yesterday) and get on with my project a 1979 250 which is at present stripped to the frame in my workshop. Paid little for it but was a mess, someone had taken the thick black paint to it, short mudguard etc and I think they call the brat look. So lots of help and guidance I'm probably going to need!
I and a friend did do the same with a 1978 CG 125 which I still have and very proud! But it's time for the next step up and I decided a Superdream was the way to go! Who knows if all goes well- maybe a 400 next.
So looking forward to arriving at the day it's complete and ready to roll.

well onwards and upwards as they say, do some more on it this morning as on afternoon shift this week. Looking forward to sharing and guidance from this forum.
