Hi all!! Searching the internet to find the model of my CB250N I discover two thinks: 1) CB250N - 2124102 VIN number refers to the Australian type produced in 1980 (according to CMSNL). (Australian type in Greece ...imported from Belgium???) I am searching now if the parts of the CB250NA are compatible with this model I would appreciate if you have any information about this. 2) Can anybody recognize what kind of SD is this?
Thanks in advance

That VIN number range was allocated to both Australian (U) and European Direct (ED) sales bikes. So more likely sold into Europe.
The frame and basic bike is then a CB250NA. But it's far from standard now, as I think you realise.
That rear disk modification would worry me- double piston and larger disk than the front- exciting!

Thank you Crouchy! I realize that I have a lot of work to do, comparing the parts numbers because as I see in CMSNL a lot of parts have different numbers between those two models! The SD in the picture is for sale with broken engine (is one of the five that are for sale in Greece) Thanks again

Well spotted I could not figure the footrest hangers out except they were not the later CB450DX items. Motorcycle specs.co.za are all over the place as usual- the description and test details they have are for the earlier Hawk with rear drum as per the Superdream, with the wrong photo above. Then an identical article with the correct photo.
It's actually a SuperHawk III photo, which I think was a later Japanese market only model with the disk rear brake. But of course more balanced with double front ventilated disks and the twin pot calipers to go with it! There's a few models similar usually kicking about on EBay. The final evolution of the 400 twin?
What an interesting bike tasosgr has!

Thanks Crouchy and na44superdream for all info you provided me with . since I'm on a quest to restore my cb250n I found some parts from a cb400n , such as rear fork wire harness and center stand , which I suppose are compatible for both models . Is this going on the right way ?
And again , thank you for all the help
