Pictures were taken in 1982 at Mani (a wonderful area of Peloponnese, south Greece).
The only moto that exists today is the silver one. The people exist too!!!!

It is good that the people all still exist of course.
The silver CB250N is a CB250N-A model - these were sold in the UK in 1980 to 1981.
The picture is interesting because it also shows a blue CB250N-DB - normally this was a UK market model but it looks like one worked its way over to your country.

I am not sure that is NA. The Vin on the frame writes CB250N only.
I also know that was imported to Greece from Belgium.
The blue 250 is (was) a superdream delux. I suppose English model with miles not km on the odometer

Here photos of the VIN number. Do you know if the number 78.6518 in the number plate (down right) is the production year? If I remember well the official HONDA dealer did not imported Superdreams. These bikes imported from independent dealers and had lower prices.

The '78' is the year of production that this model began.....no one really know what the rest of that number means, only Honda I'm guessing.
