Singer David Bowie has died at the age of 69 following a battle with cancer. what a shock.

Very sad indeed,only thinking of and talking about him Saturday when his early (1967)song "The laughing Gnome" was played on Radio two.RIP

The first single I ever bought was Fashion by David Bowie about 1980 I think. I remember sitting with my brother in law when I was young and he would be pissed and telling me how great Bowie was and we would listen to his Bowie LP's on my parents massive radiogram  Bowie was definitely a ground breaker. |

RIP, Brilliant voice, is it just me or do modern programs like x factor and Britains got Talent produces very few origional voices, aside from Susan Boyle and Kelly Clarkson, I cant remember any origional good voices coming on the scene in years. I think the Simon Cowell factor is destroying music.
