Is that a version of "Matchbox Roadway" with the springs running around the slots? I asked for a Scalextric one year and got this- you stuck little drive pins onto your existing Dinky cars and this great big spring thrashed around pulling them around the track. Fiendish machine and very noisy-probably why I'm half deaf now. Had to wait until adulthood and buy my own friggin' Scalextric....

You can see that the porche was a ringer,the windscreen didnt fit properly,
Wonder how many years he went down for after the police chase ?
