Wasn't looking for another bike seeing as I've just bought the TS185ER. But I was up at a friends bike shop today and he has a candy red CB750FA in to sell for someone. its been in there for a wee while and I've never really paid it much attention. until today when I found out how cheap it is and he justs wants it sold. its very tidy but not mint, repainted but a couple chips, powder coated frame etc. I don't have a big bike and probably shouldn't let it pass at the price. But what are they like to ride? I like the looks of it, just like a big Superdream really. Haven't sat on it though - the weight could be an issue as I could just manage both toes down on an SD...

I haven't had a dohc 750 but did have till I sold it to my brother a 650 dohc Nighthawk,I found it a lovely smooth bike to ride the 750 is chain drive though but can't be much different.Brakes not too good compared to modern bike and although heavier than a SD once on move no problem

Quite a heavy lump and the carbs have to be set up spot on with a 4 carb balancer to get them to run sweetly. I bought a Morgan carbtune to get my old one right. You will also need the special combined spanner/screwriver for the adjustment. The later fuel injected jobbies are a vast improvement and save all that juggling and cleaning that you get if you don't run them regularly. They take miles to stop! Lovely old bikes that will go on and on and ...... if looked after. mike

nice bikes scott a bit on the heavy side compared to my lads zr750 but that goes wants on the move check for rattles do not worry about the clutch they rattle when the carbs are out, they handle very well with good tyres most now have lost the u/s rear shocks, this is mine before my mishap the rebuild has begun .

looks nice Mark. very similar to the one I'm looking at but I just cant decide what to do. I really shouldn't spend the money and with 10 bikes already I've no space. I'd have to store it elsewhere....but then it is cheap...
