When your pride and joy is seized solid is worth the expense of a tear down?
Think that the rings are fused in the bores. I the very distance past did use a blow gun and a soft hammer to free the rings up.
Not sure of the cost of a re bore and rings etc..
I believe gasket sets are £30ish so not the end of the world..
