Do any of you kind gentlemen know if I need to torque up the 17mm hex bolt for the flywheel/rotor on my 400n and what the setting is? Or do I just tighten if firmly with the socket wrench? btw... I don't currently possess a torque wrench.

210 newton meters max, scale is n/m or kg/m, no lbs/ft scale but there is a conversion table on the case. Says made in Germany so that's got to be a plus, not bad for 16 quid. Like you say Wazzbo...good old Aldi

might pop down for one, the highest I have is 110 nm, ok for most jobs on the bikes but at that price its worth having for the odd things that need a higher torque.

I've bought one of these torque wrenches from aldi, they don't seem bad for the price, don't now how accurate they are though. I'll compare it with one of my better ones and report back.
