My 400t dream

Folks, not sure if this is the correct place for this post but I am thinking of selling my 400t  dream however how do I decide what price to sell her at. It's Moted until August 16 and has had a lot of work done to it excluding the engine and the tank could do with a respray. I can find prices for Superdreams but as the 400t seems to be rare now I would like some guidance please.
