That's a 78 Hawk I which was the budget version for the American market.
As well as wire wheels, it had the front drum brake, no electric starter, no rev counter and surprisingly no centre stand. But the tank size and shape was the same as our Dream. Otherwise the Hawk II was closer to our Dream with the comstars and all the bits above bolted on.
Hawk I arguably the fastest of the Dreams due to it's "light" weight......
