Spent yesterday doing something a bit out of the ordinary - my choir (Gwalia Male Choir) was on Horse Guards Parade singing in the Drumhead Service. We joined forces with the London Welsh Male Voice Choir (from whom we were formed as an off-shoot in 1967). I wanted to wear my forum badge - the design was very appropriate I thought - but we were told to be free of all "non -standard" kit. Afterwards we went up to a private room in the barracks and I snapped the two choirs together. As I took the pic I am, of course, not in it!!! - I plan to get myself photo shopped into it tomorrow!!! Went to the Red Lion on Whitehall afterwards and sang for 3 hours - loads of tourists taking video etc etc and a great time was had by all.
