I was watching for them over here, they went from Humberside airport ,up to the humber, then to York we were on the hill at market weighton and the beggers went down the river humber at low altitude so all we saw was specks in the far distance, very disappointed.

Here we go! I had thought about popping out to Humberside Airport, but by all accounts it was rammed with trafic. Then I got bogged down at work and forgot all about it- I just happened to walk out the back and all the Keyo lot were out waiting for the Spits to return. They managed to get through the flak over Scunny- 5 of them flew over first. Turn the sound up loud, then louder! (Blummin'n mobile rang in the first video and spoilt it) Then one came back around, probably waiting in turn to land. At one point I'm trying to zoom in on this one and then his mate came right over our heads and cut in front! Crap, shakey video, but it's the sound of those Merlins and Griffons that make the hairs stand up....

They flew over my house in Grimsby just after 4:15 this afternoon but by the time I ran in to get my camera they were too far away to capture.

Not as classic or as nice but here in Liverpool the other day we had a Eurofighter fly low and at Mach 22000 as the noise was deafening.
On other occasions we have the odd Tucano or Chinook come over.
