Only just got back- it's further than I remember! It's a bit cross-country and built up to get there for me, basically Gainsborough, Retford, Worksop, Chesterfield and then Matlock. Why does this route seem to have literally hundreds of speed cameras? Stopped off at Harleyworld in Chesterfield, where this little microbus thingie produced the best cheesburger I've had for ages!  Then onto Matlock which was pretty busy- almost next where we parked up were these 2 nice bikes. So cheeseburger, chips, coffee and icecream another great riding day (185 miles) if not healthy eating!     |

I beat you by 5 miles, Whitby for fish and chips then Scarborough for an ice cream and a blast on the speedboats   |
