I loved my Canary yellow Capri. Ditto my 3 black ones & my white one. Hang on! I've had more Capris than Superdreams!! Not all at once though....

I blame my kids, Capri was not child friendly apparently.

I loved my Canary yellow Capri. My dad and his workmates co-bought one to go to work in the 1990's.......and it was also yellow.....paid only around £500 from the local yellow paper. SCF 336Y I think was the reg (without checking on DVLA).......served them very well for many many years.......there was always some speculatian about the front end as one of the said workmates was convinced the it was 'bent' and had been in a bit of a knock.

Had a rusty 1973 mk1 3 litre dechromed and painted red lead primer and lowered. ripped out the inside and replaced by aly sheet, looked quite nascar. goingup steep hills if you booted it in second it would just hang in the same spot until you put in third Great fun for a 18 yr old who didt even have a licence! bloody young yobs car.

A great memory to celebrate the Capri with.......but check out that MK2 Escort in the background. If you are into classic Fords, is that hot or what? www.youtube.com/watch?v=Z5ohUHIjAxI
