Wow. for over 12 months I, my friends, bike shops and mechanics have been trying to track down an affordable side panel for my bike but with no success. A few hours talking with you folks and one is spotted on ebay! It is now winging its way to me to arrive on my birthday, how brilliant is that? You are all strangers but you have just made my birthday, thank you sooooo much. I know my bike only has a superdream engine (that is why I called it a cb by mistake cause that is what I have to insure it as) but I hope I can stay on this forum as I am hoping to get advice on doing some work on my machine. Thanks again xx

sadly Ian I do not think my restoration skills are quite up to that standard, plus I use my bike for work so I don't have a lot of time to take her apart to get all her shiny. I am goin to do my best though. Tried the tinfoil and coke idea on the crome. It is slow progress but there is improvement .
